My sister’s nephew was injured in Afghanistan – he didn’t lose his leg, but has had a lot of reconstruction and has learned to walk all over again.

A Nepalese Gurkha was between him and the IED. He couldn’t get to his funeral, but went to great lengths to attend his memorial service. The rest of us should inconvenience ourselves today.
